ARC Products, Inc., founded in 2001, is located in Greenville, SC in 10,000 square feet of our own 20,000 square foot building. We are experienced in both the automotive and aerospace industries. We specialize in cost-reduced product supply. Our four business units are very complementary: Engineering, Machining, FAA/EASA Repair and Assemblies.

ARC Products can supply components or assemblies to your design or utilize our sister company, Action Research Corporation, to provide turnkey service from design to development and into production.  Our experienced staff uses the latest machining and manufacturing technologies and equipment to deliver cost-reduced products for our aerospace and industrial customers.

FAA/EASA Repair Station. ARC Products is a FAR 145 and EASA-approved repair station. Our current capabilities include repair of both machined and electrical accessories for gas turbine engines and airframes. Our repair services range from OEM Manual Repairs to in-house developed DER Repairs.

Aerospace Assembly. ARC Products currently manufactures many gas turbine engine build-to-print PMA assemblies, including a complete line of CFM56 EGT harnesses. Our process engineers and technicians are capable of providing complex welded and brazed assemblies. We also offer an extensive range of electrical and fluid testing capabilities that can be utilized for inspection or validation of electrical and machined assemblies.

Machining.  ARC Products has in-house machining capabilities to support medium volume (100 to 10,000 parts/year) customers. Our capabilities include precision, multi-axis machining of small diameter (up to 1.5 inch OD) parts. Our experience includes precision drilled/milled features for fluid control with precision deburr for flow-critical parts.
